1. Entering the appointment into the IT-systems
2. Complete supervision of cars, maintenance and fuelling
3. Preparation of driving lists (logbook)
4. Search for best offers for car rent
5. Determination of number of needed vehicles
6. Information of patients about appointments through text messages or phone
7. Accompanying of the patients to doctors appointments and translation between the patient and treatment centre
8. Writing of reports about the patients medical state due to the doctors examination
9. Stand by duty to bring patients to the hospital in case of emergency cases
10. Services regarding hospitalization and discharge
