This department has the following financial functions:

1. Transfer of treatment costs to the treating centre
2. Pay of weekly payments to the patients and their companions
3. Transfer of the employees payments
4. Pay of rents and bills for services received
5. Pay of stipulated amounts to contracting partners
6. Analyse and proposals to improve the administrative work procedures
7. Proposal of the annual budget plan
8. Reply to requests of patients and their companions in all financial business
9. Complete compliance of the provisions set in Doha




Procedureere / Procedure of the daily allowance:

1.) handing out important information upon arrival of the patient at the airport, including information on the amount of the daily allowance for the patient and his official companions and details of the paying bank at the place of treatment.

2.) After handing over passports to the PR department of the Medical Office, the recipient of the daily allowance is determined by the patient.

3.) The payment of the daily allowance can only be calculated for 2 days retroactively from the first date of the patient.

4.) The first payout is for the period from 10 to maximum
14 days. Afterwards, you will be weekly.

5.) Payment of the daily allowance is made exclusively upon presentation of the passport to the employee at the bank.
