Medical Office

Since its foundation, the Medical Office has been aiming to offer support to make the patients’ travel for medical treatment easier, starting with their arrival and including their complete recovery, so God will.
The Medical Office offers various services, including financial, consulting, transport and interpreting as well as translation services. They can be summed up as follows:

• Determining the suitable medical facilities
• Assuming treatment costs
• Meeting patients at the airport, offering transportation from and to airport
• Interpretation services when the patients meet their physicians
• Translating the written medical reports into English
• Arranging payment of daily allowance for patients and escorts
• Transport of the patients from living quarters to hospitals and rehabilitation facilities
• Completing all necessary paperwork for visa extensions for patients and escorts in cooperation with the corresponding authorities
• Procuring medication and medical aids for the patients
